As part of its capacity building initiative, CCDD organizes training programs for diagnosing and managing developmental disabilities. These workshops are accessible to doctors, teachers, and parents and can be tailored to intervention at the early, pre-school, or primary school level. CCDD also organizes trainings on specific disability issues in partnership with child development experts and organizations across the world, such as Shuvatara School & Nepal Pediatrics Society and the PARC Indo-Canadian Autism Network (PICAN). This is the primary mechanism through which CCDD establishes child development and learning centres at other locations across India.

Programs

• PICAN: CCDD has partnered with PICAN to provide onsite and online trainings concerning diagnosis and interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Program participants can log onto PICAN for course materials.
• Early Intervention Training: CCDD offers an online training program for doctors, teachers, and parents regarding early intervention for learning disabilities. Program participants can log onto CCDD's online portal for course materials.
