Class 7/8/9/10th learn how to cope with exam stress. Video and discussion (if you fail to prepare you are preparing to fail)

Exams are approaching and although our students are preparing for weeks, exam stress and the pressure to do well in school, and secure admission in a good college are normal, however it can cause students to feel anxious, which in turn can affect their sleep and concentration and lead to not so good performances. So the staff got together and discussed this important matter in every class and some tips to combat this problem. We focused on preparation being the key, however a little relaxation like going for a walk, playing outdoors for a bit, chatting with friends and getting enough sleep could solve most issues. It was also the right time to discuss and remind students that challenges will make them stronger and help them write unique success stories! Good luck students.
