How can I break out of my comfort zone and establish new, healthier habits?

The comfort zone is a psychological state in which a person feels at ease because they’re not being tested. Inside the comfort zone, people don’t typically engage in new experiences or take on any challenges. They only participate in activities that are familiar, making them feel “in control” of their environment. People stay in their comfort zone to avoid feelings of anxiety or stress, and pain. Anything outside the comfort zone creates uncertainty, and uncertainty makes us feel anxious. Naturally, human beings are wired to avoid these feelings. This makes them reluctant to leave their comfort zone. Here are some step to get out of comfort zone Get Information Information is power. And the more you know about something, the less scary and more a powerful you'll feel

comfort zone. You start with the easiest thing to do Then you create a plan to get to each level
2.Hold Yourself Accountable You want to tell your friends and family about what you're trying to do. Or you can even find an accountability partner or form a mastermind group
3.Take Baby Steps Taking baby steps is a great way to de-sensitize yourself to the feelings of anxiety You're steadily pushing the boundaries of your comfort levels and working towards
an overall goal
4.Remain Positive Do not let anything prevent you from blasting past the point of comfort. Recognize that you will have negative outcomes. It's a natural part of the process
5.Keep Expanding Your Comfort Zone Look for new challenges, find stuff that you would never imagined you would do “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again”
