But in today’s quickly evolving job market, there’s one thing students should be adding to their list of college memories: making a difference! Why should college students volunteer? Dear Students, We are in the midst of a transformational change and as students you find yourselves at a defining moment: the decisions and choices you make today will determine the course of your entire generations’ lives and livelihoods. The time is now to start preparing for the future. You have to up skill and reskill. Just five years from now, more than onethird of the skills we believe are essential for today's workforce will become redundant. The rapid advancement in technology is changing the workforce and some of the most popular skill sets and jobs are becoming obsolete. For many, it’s time to think about the future and decide about their careers. Fast-paced technological innovations mean that most of us will soon share our workplaces with AI and robots, so how can you stay ahead of the curve? Start by adopting a commitment to lifelong learning so you can acquire the skills you will need to succeed in the future workplace. Studying about robots and computers, improving your skills is going to be very important in the future. 
1. The future workplace is going to demand new ways of thinking, and human creativity is the key to it. 
2. A machine can’t easily replace a human’s ability to connect with another human being, so those who have high EQs (Emotional Intelligence) will be in demand. 
3, People with strong analytic thinking will be needed to navigate the human/machine division of labor 
4, Individuals will take on leadership roles on project teams or work with other employees to tackle issues and develop solutions. Due to the speed of change in the future workplace, people will have to be agile and be able to embrace and celebrate change. Not only will our brains need to be flexible, but we’ll also need to be adaptable as we are required to adjust to shifting workplaces, expectations, and skill-sets. An essential skill during the 4th industrial revolution will be the ability to see change not as a burden but as an opportunity to grow and innovate. So students put on their thinking caps.
