The time is now to start preparing for the future. You have to up skill and reskill. Just five years from now, more than onethird of the skills we believe are essential for today's workforce will become redundant. The rapid advancement in technology is changing the workforce and some of the most popular skill sets and jobs are becoming obsolete. For many, it’s time to think about the future and decide about their careers. Fast-paced technological innovations mean that most of us will soon share our workplaces with AI and robots, so how can you stay ahead of the curve? Start by adopting a commitment to lifelong learning so you can acquire the skills you will need to succeed in the future workplace. Studying about robots and computers, improving your skills is going to be very important in the future.
