Rotary Foundation (India) supports selected programs and projects after much due diligence. Their goal is to strengthen the capacity of communities to support basic education and literacy and reduce gender disparity. After several meetings, visits, and discussions Rotary extended support towards our student educational programs and women empowerment projects.
The President and the Treasurer of Rotary Orion Gateway were present at our CMNR Centre to distribute books, pencils, pens, erasers, graph papers, and other stationery items. This was their third visit to our Centre. We are grateful to Ms. Anu Pallavi and Mr. Srikanth who kept their promise and in just a few weeks personally distributed the stationaries. The students interacted with the guests and floored them with their communication skills. Several prizes were distributed by the office bearers to students excelling in Math and Science. All in all a busy and fun afternoon at our Centre.
