WEP spreads around the neighborhood and beyond!

For the last five years, we are providing valuable skill development training to women, mostly mothers of our students. Not only did the women show great enthusiasm in learning, but they also picked up the mantle to help each other and turn into small entrepreneurs. These economically weak women & girls have started their micro-enterprise in fashion designing and stitching different type of blouses, zari work on sarees, school uniforms and this year designer dresses for the recent festival of Eid. The women rushed to our Centre to display their work. Sewing has given them a chance to do something meaningful despite their limited education. We can’t stop appreciating and applauding! Well done Rabiya, Abida, Ramya and Arshiya.
